This tutorial gives you the basic information needed to know how to sign up a
gym, maintain your gymnasts and coaches rosters, and register for a meet.

Click Sign up New
Gym
You will be asked to
fill out gym account information. The email address is the address
your registration confirmations will be sent
to.
You need to now select
and Organization for your gym:
List of organizations
that the gym is a member of:
Click “Add New Organization”
button pick available organization from drop down list. Tab to “Number” enter club number,
then tab for “Status”
which is “Active” or “Pending”, then tab to “Exp Date”, this is the
expiration date of the clubs membership. Then click “Save”
button.
To see hidden
information place curser over the [+] box and click, then the next
level of information will then be able to be
accessed.
If you would like to
collapse the grid place curser over the [–] box and click the mouse
the information will then be collapsed.
You are now ready to
fill out your roster (once you fill out a gymnast in your roster
they will be saved meet to meet and year to year, until you delete
them. So you only have to fill out your roster one time and you can
enter as many meets as you want.)
List of gymnasts in
the club roster:
Used to maintain the
clubs roster, by updating, deleting or adding gymnast.(you can move
from one field to the next using the “TAB”
key
To add a new gymnast:
click
“Add New Gymnast” button
fill in Name, Gender and DOB (Date of Birth).
“US Citizen” if athlete is a
US
Citizen, check this box (quick key is the “SPACE
BAR”)
“Active” box if the athlete
is currently a competing gymnast this season. If this box is not
checked this gymnast will not appear on the registration
forms
(quick key is the
“SPACE BAR”)
“Organization” to pick from
list of organizations (If not in list go to “My Gym” profile and add
needed organization), (quick key type the first letter of
organization)
“Number” athlete
number
“Expiration Date” of the
athlete’s number
“Status” This is a required
field (“ACTIVE” or “PENDING”). (Quick key press “A”
active “P” pending)
“Category & Level” pick
from drop down list for competing category and level (if you press
the “DOWN ARROW” it will scroll through the
levels).
To add a second
organization or level you do not need to retype the gymnast info
just click “add new
organization” or “level”
To add new
organization: click “Add New Organization”
button then pick from list of organizations.
To add new
level: click “Add New Level” button and
pick from drop down list of category and levels for current
gymnast.
Scroll down to the
“Save” button and the bottom of the screen before closing this page
(or gymnast additions and editions will not be
saved).

Next add your
coaches in your gym
List of coaches in the
club roster:
Used to maintain the
clubs roster, by updating, deleting or adding
coach.
To add a new coach:
Click
“Add New Coach” button.
Fill in Name and “Safety
Exp” date if applicable, check the
“Active” box if the coach is
actively coaching this season.
“Organization” to pick from
list of organizations (If not in list go to “My Gym” profile and add
needed organization),
“Number”
“Expiration Date”
“Category & Level” pick
from drop down list for competing category and
level.
To add new
organization: click “Add New Organization”
button then pick from list of organizations.
To add new
level: click “Add New Level” button and
pick from drop down list of category and levels for current
coach.
Scroll to the “Save”
button and the bottom of the screen before closing this page (or
gymnast additions and editions will not be
saved).

Now you can register
for any meet on MeetMaker.com with our having to fill out your
roster again.
Register For a
Competition
To register for a
competition make sure you are logged in and click the registration
link for the meet you want to
attend.
List of available
gymnast of selected competition: Used to choose the
available gymnast that will be entered into the selected
competition, sorted gym Gender then Level of competition. If a gymnast is not in the
list under the expected level go back to the “My Roster” page
selected needed gymnast and click “Add New Category and Level”
button. Scroll down to needed gender and level and check
“Register” box to add
the gymnast to the competition (total for gymnast at that level
will be displayed at the bottom of that levels grid, and “Registration Fee Total”
will increase with each selected gymnast). If the gymnast is going
to compete as a team member check the “Team Member” box (the
team member total will increase with each selected team member but the “Registration Fee
Total” will not). If the team is
limited you must select the number of team members in increments
for the number allowed. (ex. Limited of 3 you must select 3, 6, 9
ect.)Then proceed to the “Select Coaches”
grid.

List of available
coaches for the selected competition: Check the “Register” box for the
coaches attending the selected competition (the coaches number
total will increase but there will be no “Registration Fee Total”
increase unless there is a charge for the attending coaches).
Scroll down and click the “Continue”
button.
This page will
confirm your entry and send it to the meet director.
Summary of charges for
attending Athletes, Coaches and entry of payment
information:
“Meet You Are Registering
For” the name of the competition you are entering.
“Registration Fees” a
total of all the registration fees of the selected Gymnast and
Coaches for this competition.
“Team Fees” list a total
of all the Team fees for the selected competition.
“Total Due” total to be
paid for entering the selected
competition.
Banking Account
Information: this must be filled out if
it is an online payment meet. You can not register with out it if
it is online payment. If it is a registration only meet you
will not see these boxes.(You must Mail the meet director your
payment if it is not an online payment
meet)
“Meet Maker
Password” The password of
your MeetMaker account.
Registration
Comments: Any information the
meet director will need to help in planning the
competition.
There is a table of
all registering gymnast for this transaction at the bottom of this
screen, so you can double check you entry.
You must check the
“Accept Terms and Conditions” box for the registration to be
completed.
Click the “SUMMIT REGISTRATION”
button to complete your registration. You will be taken to a
confirmation screen with a confirmation number on it. An email of
this number will be sent to the email address on file with
MeetMaker.
Edit
Registrations or Add New Ones
To add or edit a
current meet registration go to “MY
MEETS”
Create new
registration: To add a gymnast or
coach to an existing registration. This will take you back to the
“Meet Registration
Page”.
Edit Existing
Registration: To scratch, add
notes, change a Team Competition status or change a competition
level for a gymnast entered in the meet. Open the grid by clicking
the [+] by the registration the gymnast was entered on.
Place the mouse
cursor over the “Competition Status” left
click the mouse button, a drop down box will appear and select
either “Active” or “scratched” from that menu.
If you are removing
or adding a team member check or uncheck the “Team Member” box. Then
click “Save all
Registration Updates” no updates will be made if you do not
click the Save Button. You will receive a confirmation
email.
To change a gymnasts
competition level Click the “Change Level“ a popup box
will appear with the additional level that that gymnast can
compete in. Click the new level and then click the accept button.
If you do not see the new level for that gymnast go to the “My Roster” page and click
on that gymnast and the assign a new level for
them.
To change a
gymnast’s personal information go to the “My Roster” page to edit
Name, DOB, Organization Number and Status. That information will
be changed on all registration entries that you have submitted, as
long as the Meet Director has not downloaded their
entries.
