We are excited to bring back our outside clinicians Courtney Powell, NC State Gymnast and Physical Therapy Specialist with Architect Sports to increase flexibility safely. As well as clinician to get you the highest scores out of your presentation, artistry and dance.
NC AAU Team building activities and other fun games will be played to build comradery between athletes and coaches from other clubs.
Sessions will be organized by levels and are expected to last between 3 - 3:30 hours each.
Sample schedule: Copper/Bronze/Silver 9am-12pm, Gold/Platinum/Diamond/Sapphire/ Levels 6-10 from 12:30pm-3:30pm
Space is limited! Registration will close early if maximum numbers have been reached.
Lunch will be provided to Coaches, Judges and Clinicians between sessions.
Athlete refunds will only be given with a doctors note by the day of the event. (Minus any late fees)
