  • All event tickets can be purchased in advance, or at the door, via our website (a MeetMaker account is required to purchase tickets). You no longer need cash at the door, nor make trips to the bank for extra cash.
  • All ticket sales are by credit cards only, to ensure successful payment at time of purchase.
  • Ticket purchasers can use their purchase email or MeetMaker account to access their ticket QR codes for entry.
  • Volunteers can scan ticket QR codes at the door with their personal cell phone or tablet via our website.
  • All ticket QR codes are unique and are specific to the event.
  • Tickets cannot be reused after being scanned, unless you have the Re-entry option selected OR it’s a multi-day event.
  • You can have multiple categories of tickets, with each category having its own price and options.
  • Tickets can have options, such as:
    • Single day or multi-day tickets
    • Allow Re-entry
    • Re-entry end time
  • Real-time ticket sales information will be available to the event director, providing up to the minute ticket sales data.
  • The person scanning tickets does not need a MeetMaker account; they just sign into your event scanning site to scan ticket QR codes.
  • Ticketed events will be listed separately on MeetMaker to allow purchase of tickets through the end date of the event.
  • You can copy details from your sporting event listing to the ticket event listing for quick and easy setup of the ticket event.
  • NOTE: A sporting event listing is NOT required for you to have a ticketed event listing.
